Umingle Banned Me For Gender Searching Even Though I'm Not Doing It

My Umingle account has just been banned while I was casually talking to strangers in the app. A “You are banned” message appeared on my screen with the reason stated as “Gender Searching,” even though I was not searching by gender or using any such filter or option. On the same screen, Ban ID f601a6ac is shown and I am asked to pay 149 Philippine Pesos by credit card to have the ban instantly removed. I find it unfair and unsafe to be banned without a clear reason and then asked for payment via credit card to recover my account. I request that my Umingle account be urgently reactivated without any payment and that the incorrect “Gender Searching” reason be removed from my record. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why this ban was applied despite me only using the app for normal conversation.
