Unban Me Please

I was using the live chat feature on Umingle when another user asked for my gender and I replied. Right after this, my account was suddenly banned with the reason stated as “Gender Searching,” and I was shown a screen saying I am banned with a Ban ID and that I need to pay 149 Philippine pesos to remove the ban. I did not violate any rule to justify this ban and I have not made any payment, because I find it unfair to be asked for money just to have my account unbanned. I want my account ban to be removed without any payment and this “149” payment requirement for this situation to be cancelled for my account. I request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that no charge be demanded from me for this issue.
