Umingle Gender Searching Ban With ₱149 Unban Fee

I am using the Umingle app on an Android device and I have been banned for about 6 days now. The ban screen shows “You are banned” with the reason “Gender Searching” and a Ban ID, and it asks me to pay 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban. This is my first time using Umingle and I did not know that searching by gender was restricted or could lead to a ban. I did not receive any clear prior warning inside the app that this behavior could cause a permanent or paid ban. I am currently not in a financial position to pay this fee, and this situation is causing me emotional distress because I was only trying to use the app to talk with people and feel less alone. I kindly request that my ban be removed without any payment and that my account be reactivated. I would appreciate it if you could review my case, lift the ban, and, if possible, clearly inform me about the rules so that I can continue using Umingle properly without violating any terms in the future.
