I Was Banned While Logging In Umingle

Today my Umingle account was suddenly banned while I was simply logging in from my MacBook Air. I received a message on the screen stating that I was banned due to “Gender Searching” and was shown a payment screen asking for 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban, with Ban ID: 10286f76. I do not understand what is meant by “Gender Searching” and I did not use any specific filter, trick or method like that; I was only trying to access my account in a normal way. I find it unfair that my account was banned without any clear explanation or proof, and that I am being asked to pay money to lift this ban. I request that my account be checked in detail, that this ban be removed without any payment, and that I be given a clear explanation of why this action was taken against my account.
