Umingle Banned Me for Being Under 18 – I'm 23, No Support Contact

I was banned from the Umingle website on 2 July 2026 with the ban ID a02bebba, on the grounds that I am under 18. However, I am already 23 years old and will be turning 24 in October, so this ban is clearly based on incorrect age information. I checked the Umingle website to reach customer support, but I could not find any contact information or support channel to object to this decision or verify my age. Because of this, I have been left without any way to resolve the issue directly with the platform. I request that my ban be lifted, my age information be reviewed and corrected based on valid proof of identity, and my account be fully restored so that I can continue using the service as an adult user.
