Appealing For False Ban On Umingle

I am writing regarding a false under‑18 ban applied to my Umingle account on the website. On 30 April 2026, I suddenly received an “instant ban” notice on the site stating that I was banned for being under 18, with Ban ID: dbc42***. I am actually 23 years old, and as of the day before this incident I was able to use Umingle freely without any issues. This situation is very frustrating because I have done nothing wrong and I meet the age requirement. It appears that Umingle’s system, possibly an AI‑based face or age recognition system, has incorrectly flagged my account as belonging to a minor, even though this is not true. I request that my ban be lifted immediately, that my account and all my access be fully restored, and that an explanation and apology be provided for this false ban. In addition, I expect Umingle to review and improve its AI and verification systems so that adult users like me are not incorrectly classified as underage and unfairly banned in the future.
