I Face Incorrect Underage Ban on My Umingle Account

Today, on 24 May 2026, my Umingle account was suddenly banned with the allegation that I am underage. This decision is incorrect and has caused me serious inconvenience, as I can no longer access my account and the services linked to it. I tried to reach Umingle support, but I could not contact anyone through the available channels and therefore could not get any information or assistance about this ban.
