Wrongful Underage Ban On Umingle — Requesting Account Review

I am writing about a ban I received on the Umingle website, even though I was using it without a registered account. On 28 May 2026 I was suddenly banned under ban ID 2eed5c1e, with the stated reason that I am under 18 years old. This is incorrect, as I am 21 years old and therefore meet the age requirement to use the service. Since Umingle does not provide any visible customer support channel or contact system, I have not been able to reach anyone to correct this mistake or to submit proof of my age. As a result, I have been unfairly prevented from accessing and using the site. I request that my ban with ID 2eed5c1e be removed as soon as possible and that my access to Umingle be restored. I also ask that this age-related decision be reviewed, so that users who are actually over 18 are not mistakenly banned without any way to appeal.
