Umingle Ban Because Of Gender Searching Only

I have been using Umingle on my Android tablet through the Chrome browser, and about a week ago my account was suddenly banned. When I try to log in, the screen shows “you are banned” and the stated reason is “gender searching”.  My Umingle account is registered with the email address “serranok***[email protected]”. I do not understand why this ban was applied and I believe it was unfair, as I simply want to use the platform normally. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that the ban on my Umingle account be lifted so I can access my profile again.
