Recover My Umingle Account Please

I have been using Umingle via the website on Google Chrome and my account was suddenly banned last week without any clear explanation. I am very upset about losing access to my account and I do not know exactly which rule I violated. I suspect that my ban might be related to me asking other users about their gender while searching for people to talk to, but I was not warned beforehand and my account was just blocked. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and reopened. I am ready to fully comply with all community guidelines and rules from now on and I will do my best not to cause any trouble again. I would be grateful if you could recover my account or at least check my case and remove the ban so that I can continue using your service.
