I Want My Umingle Account Restored After Unexplained Ban

I recently had my Umingle.com account banned today without being given any reason, and I am very concerned about what is happening with both my account and my phone. I was using Umingle.com on my Android device and had never made any payments or purchased any subscriptions on the platform.
Before and around the time my account was banned, my phone started behaving abnormally while using Umingle.com. The device would freeze, perform random clicks on its own, and even the camera would freeze. These unusual issues made me feel that the app might be interfering with my device or accessing it in a way that does not feel safe.
In addition, even before the ban, I was almost exclusively matched with users from the Philippines. This made the experience repetitive and unenjoyable, and I could not understand why I was not being connected with users from other regions.
I request that my account be reviewed and that I be provided with a clear explanation for the ban, as I did not receive any warning or valid reason. I also ask Umingle.com to investigate whether there are any security concerns related to my account or device and to confirm that my personal data and phone have not been compromised.
Furthermore, I would like a clear explanation regarding the matching system, specifically why I was only being connected with users from the Philippines and whether there is an option to change this. If no legitimate violation is found, I expect my account to be reactivated and my access fully restored.
