I am writing regarding my Umingle account on the website, which was suddenly banned on April 18 at around 12:50 a.m. My account is registered with the email address mariondump12***@gmail.com. As far as I can see, the ban appears to be related to a message, but I did not receive any clear information or explanation about the exact reason. I do not know how to contact support directly on the platform, so I am using this channel to request a review of my situation. I kindly request that my account be reactivated and that the ban be lifted without any payment requirement. I also expect to be informed about the reason for the ban, so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
