I am writing about an issue with my Umingle website account, which was banned today on the grounds that I am underage. This decision is incorrect, because I am 26 years old this year and legally an adult. My account is registered with the email address: fujiyant***@gmail.com, and I am based in Indonesia. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned for allegedly being underage, without any proper review or request for additional verification. I request that Umingle immediately remove the ban on my account and review my age status properly, allowing me to continue using the service. I am ready to provide any necessary identification or documents to prove my age if Umingle contacts me for verification.
