Umingle Account Review Request After Video Chat Feature Ban

I am a user of the Umingle Android app from India, and today my access to the video chat feature was banned at around 10:50. I understand that this ban was triggered because of a message I sent during a chat. I admit that I made a mistake and sent an inappropriate message, and I accept that this was my fault and against your community guidelines. This was a momentary lapse in judgment and not my usual behavior on the platform. I regret what I wrote and I am now fully aware of the rules and the consequences. My Umingle account is registered with the email address rijinp****@gmail.com. I kindly request that you review my account and remove the ban on my Umingle video chat access. I take responsibility for my behavior, and I am committed to strictly following all community guidelines from now on. I would be very grateful if you could give me one more chance and restore my access.
