Umingle Banned My Account and Ignored My Apology Request
I am writing regarding the recent ban on my Umingle account, which I use on both Android and the website. My account was banned very recently, and since then I have not been able to access the service. My Umingle ID is 21ced***. I sincerely apologize for having sent inappropriate messages that violated the community guidelines. I understand that my behavior was wrong and I take full responsibility for it. I really enjoy using Umingle and want to continue being part of the community in a respectful way. I have tried to contact Umingle support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I would like to kindly request that my account be reviewed and that the ban be lifted without requiring any payment from me. I promise to follow all rules and be more respectful in my future use of Umingle. I respectfully ask you to reconsider my situation and give me one more chance to use Umingle in accordance with your community standards.
