Umingle Account Fully Banned for Inappropriate Message

I am writing regarding my Umingle account, which was completely banned on 29 May 2026, including both the text chat and video features, after I had used the app for only about four to five hours. The reason shown on the screen was “inappropriate message.” The situation occurred when I was joking with a random user who was flirting with me in the text section. My intention was not to violate any rules or behave in a harmful way, and I believe this may have been a misunderstanding or an automatic moderation error. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban decision be reconsidered. If possible, I would like my account to be unbanned and restored, as I would like to continue using Umingle in line with the community guidelines. If there is any specific content that violated the rules, I would appreciate clear information so that I can avoid any issues in the future.
