Umingle Account Banned With No Valid Reason - Cannot Access Account
I am writing regarding repeated and, in my view, unjust bans applied to my Umingle account while using the service from Egypt. On the same day, my account was banned twice in a row for “gender searching” although I have never used any such feature and did not attempt to search by gender in any way. I was only using the normal chat when these bans occurred. After the first ban, I paid 80 EGP through Apple Pay on the Umingle website to have the ban lifted. About 30 minutes after being unbanned, my account was banned again with the exact same reason of “gender searching”. In addition, a specific ban ID was shown, and this ban appeared consistently even when I tried accessing Umingle from a different phone and a laptop, which clearly indicates that this is linked to the ban ID and not to a single device. This situation makes me feel that the bans are unfair and that there may be a serious error in your detection or moderation system, because I was not violating this rule while using the platform. There is no visible support channel or request option on the site, so I have not been able to contact Umingle directly to resolve this issue through normal support means. As a result, I have now lost access again despite paying to remove the first ban, and I find it unacceptable to be repeatedly penalized and charged for something I did not do. I request that my current ban linked to this ban ID be urgently reviewed and lifted, that the “gender searching” allegation be examined in detail, and that the 80 EGP I paid today via Apple Pay be refunded or that appropriate compensation be provided. I also ask that this problem be permanently fixed so that I am not repeatedly and unjustly banned while using the chat normally.
