Umingle Ban Appeal Request After False Violation Detection

I have been using Umingle through the website on my Android device without creating a separate account, and I have been banned multiple times in a way I believe is unfair. Initially, I received a ban for “gender,” even though I did not violate any rules related to gender selection or misrepresentation.

After that, I was banned again—this time permanently—on the grounds of sending explicit messages, which I did not do. Since I access the platform via the website without a fixed account ID, I am unable to retrieve my previous sessions or properly review and challenge these actions within the system.

I believe these bans are the result of a misunderstanding or an error in the automated moderation system, as they do not reflect my actual behavior on Umingle. I respectfully request that my case be thoroughly reviewed and that the permanent ban be lifted so I can use the platform again.

I would also appreciate clear information about which specific messages or actions were flagged as violations, so I can better understand the rules and avoid any similar issues in the future.
