Umingle Account Banned for Underage User – €5.99 Unban Dispute

I was using Umingle as a viewer when my account was suddenly banned yesterday on the grounds of “underage user”. During the stream I was simply minding my own business when my niece briefly appeared on camera by accident. There was no intention to violate any rules, and I am an adult user myself. After the ban, I was shown a screen saying that I had been banned for being under 18 and offering to remove the ban for a payment of 5.99 €. I find it unfair and worrying that my account was banned as if I were underage just because a child appeared by accident for a short moment, and that I am being asked to pay to remove the ban. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and unbanned as soon as possible, without any payment, since this was clearly an accident and I am over 18.
