I Want To Unban My Umingle Account

On June 17th, 2026, I was using Umingle as a guest via the website on my computer when I was unfairly banned. I was casually on video cam with another user, and they told me to type “im5” in the chat. I did not know what “im5” meant and typed it as they said, and immediately after sending that message a ban screen appeared. The message on the screen stated that my account was under 18 and that I needed to pay in order to be unbanned. I am an adult user, and I was not given any proper explanation or chance to appeal. I also could not find any clear way to contact Umingle support, which is why I am writing this complaint. I request that this unfair ban be investigated and lifted, as I was using the site as a guest, did not intend to violate any rules, and did not understand the meaning of the phrase I was asked to type. I also ask that any requirement to pay for an unban in this situation be removed and that I be allowed to use Umingle again without this unjust restriction.
