Umingle Account Banned for Explicit Messages I Did Not Send

I am writing regarding the sudden suspension of my Umingle account, which I believe is based on a misunderstanding. A short time ago, while chatting through text with strangers on the platform, I only wrote “send” because they wanted to know my Instagram account so that we could follow each other mutually. I did not send any explicit, sexual or offensive content. Right after this, my account was banned with the reason stated as “Explicit messages.” The screen now says “You are banned” and asks me to pay 39,900 rupiah for an “Instant Unban,” but it does not clearly explain what exact message supposedly violated the rules or how long the ban would last if I do not pay. I find it unfair that my account was banned and that I am being asked to pay to unban it when I have not sent explicit content. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the chat in question be checked, and that my ban be removed without any payment if no real violation is found. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was banned and information about how such cases are evaluated so that honest users are not wrongly punished.
