I Got Banned Without Any Explanation

I have been using Umingle as a free user and a short time ago I was suddenly banned while I was chatting normally. I was only talking about my senior on campus and did not share any explicit or inappropriate content. Right after this, my account showed a “You are banned” screen stating “Explicit messages” as the reason and asking me to pay Rp39,900 by credit card to remove the ban. I did not receive any prior warning, clear explanation, or any evidence that I violated the rules, and I find it unacceptable that I am asked to make a payment just to regain access. I request that my Umingle account be urgently unbanned without any payment requirement and that the “explicit messages” accusation be reviewed and removed if no rule violation can be clearly proven. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why this ban was applied and assurance that similar unjust bans and pay-to-unban screens will not be imposed again.
