Umingle Banned My Account for Inappropriate Messages I Never Sent

I have been using a regular user account on Umingle and on 19 September 2026 my account was suddenly banned. The ban screen shows the reason as “Inappropriate Messages” and offers an “Instant Unban” option for Rp39,900, but I did not send any sexual, harassing, or other inappropriate messages and I am over 20 years old. Since I did not violate the rules in the way that is claimed, I believe this ban is a mistake and it is unfair that I am asked to pay to recover my account. I request that my account be checked in detail, that the ban be lifted, and that my access be restored without any payment requirement.
