Review My Umingle Account

My Umingle account was recently banned with a message stating “You are banned” and indicating “spam” as the reason. In the same window, I was shown a ban ID and a payment form asking me to pay Rp39,900 to remove the ban. I have not done anything wrong or spammy on the platform, and I believe this ban is a mistake or unfair. I do not accept being asked to make a payment just to regain access to my account. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed without any payment requirement and that the ban be removed as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of the specific reason and evidence for this ban.
