I Want To Unban My Umingle Access

I recently accessed the Umingle website on my Android phone for the first time. As soon as I opened the site, I was shown a screen saying “You are banned”, with the reason stated as “Under 18” and a Ban ID of b0f5a453. I did not even have the chance to sign up or enter my age, and I am already 21 years old. On the same screen, Umingle offers to lift the ban instantly for a payment of 149 Philippine Pesos. I find it very unfair to be automatically flagged as under 18 without any registration or age input, and then be asked to pay money to remove the ban. I request that my ban be completely removed without any payment and that my age status be corrected, since I am already 21. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was banned as “under 18” even though I never signed up or entered any personal data on the site.
