Umingle App Charges 149 Pesos Unban Fee Without Offering Age Verification

I am an adult user of the Umingle app on my tablet, and my account was banned last week with the stated reason “Under 18.” I am already 18 years old, so this ban reason is incorrect in my case. When I try to access my account, I only see a ban notice with a Ban ID and a message that I am banned for being under 18. The same screen offers an “Instant Unban” option that asks me to pay 149 pesos to remove the ban. There is no option to appeal or verify my real age, and I am not able to submit any ID or other proof even though I am willing to do so. I find it unfair that I am blocked from my account and told I am underage, and at the same time I am asked to pay 149 pesos just to get unbanned, without any way to prove that I am actually 18. I request that my account be reviewed and unbanned without any payment, and that I be allowed to submit an ID or any other age verification information if needed instead of paying to lift the ban.
