Please Consider My Umingle Ban

I created an account on Umingle and was banned on the same day, before I could properly start using the application. While I was about to use the app, I was suddenly redirected to a banned page without any clear explanation or visible reason. I have not shared any explicit content or violated the rules to my knowledge, so I do not understand why this action was taken. The lack of information on the banned page makes it impossible for me to know what I supposedly did wrong or how to correct it. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that I be provided with a clear explanation of the reason for the ban. If it is determined that this was a mistake or a misunderstanding, I expect my account to be reactivated so that I can use the platform under the rules.
