Umingle Account Banned After Typing “m17” in Chat

I was using the Umingle website from Quetta, Pakistan, and my account was banned right after I typed “m17” in the chat. Someone in the chat told me to type this, so I did, but I did not intend to break any rules or harm anyone. I believe this ban may have been applied by mistake or without a proper review of the situation. I have not been able to contact Umingle support because I do not have an email address or direct contact information for them. I would like my ban to be reviewed carefully and my Umingle account to be unbanned so that I can continue using the website. If there is any specific rule that was violated, I would also like to receive a clear explanation so I can avoid such issues in the future.
