I am writing about my Umingle account, which was banned on July 23, 2026 while I was using the app on my iPad. The ban happened because I accidentally typed “m17” instead of “m18” when entering my age. It was simply a typo and not something I did on purpose, but my account was banned right after this mistake. I do not know how to contact Umingle support directly, so I am explaining the situation here. I would like my account to be unbanned and my age to be corrected, as this was only an accidental typing error and not an attempt to give false information.
