Umingle Ban ID Issued After Age Typing Mistake

I am writing regarding my account ban on Umingle.com’s text service. Today at around 12:30 pm, my account was banned after an age-related issue, and I would like this situation to be reviewed. I access Umingle via Google login, and my actual age is 27. While I was chatting with a stranger on the platform, I accidentally typed “17” instead of “27” in a message. After this mistake, the system appears to have marked me as under 18 and my account was banned. This was purely a typing error in the chat and does not reflect my real age or my account information. , My Ban ID is d85f8a42. I have not yet been able to resolve this through support and I am currently unable to use my account. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed, my age information be corrected if needed, and that my access to Umingle be restored, as I am in fact over 18 and eligible to use the service. I would appreciate it if my account could be unbanned and my access to Umingle reactivated as soon as possible.
