Umingle 18+ Ban Appeal: Wrongly Banned Despite Being 18

I am an 18-year-old user from Indonesia and I have been unfairly banned from Umingle.com for allegedly being under 18. I was born in November 2007 and according to Indonesian law I am already 18 years old. When I enter Umingle.com, the site allows immediate communication without any document or selfie verification process. However, today my access was suddenly blocked with the “You must be 18+” warning and I can no longer use my account. There was no prior age check or request for proof of age before this ban appeared. I do not understand why I was banned despite being 18. I could not find any clear support or contact channel for Umingle, and when I searched online for help, I was directed to write my complaint on this platform instead. I kindly request that my age situation be reviewed and that the ban on my account be removed so that I can access Umingle.com again.
