Umingle Wrongfully Banned Me As Underage – Request Age Verification
I am an Umingle user from Indonesia and my account on the Umingle website was suddenly blocked about 30 minutes ago with the reason “Under 18”. In fact, I am currently 21 years old and therefore above the minimum age requirement. When I tried to access my account, I saw a “You are banned” message with reason “Under 18” and a request to enter credit card details to remove the ban. I believe this is a mistake, because my real age is 21 and I should be allowed to use the service. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and immediately restored so that I can use my account and play again. I am willing to verify that I am over 18 in a safe and reasonable way that does not put my financial data at risk, but I do not want to provide my credit card information through the ban page. I ask Umingle to correct this incorrect “Under 18” ban on my account and to reactivate my access as soon as possible.
