Umigle Permanently Blocked My Account Unfairly

I am an Umigle user who was banned from the text chat feature on June 28, 2026, due to an alleged explicit message. I would like to clearly state that I was not the person who sent the explicit content that led to this ban, and I believe there has been a mistake or misuse of my account. Because of this situation, my account is now permanently blocked and I can no longer use the service. I feel this is unfair, especially since I did not knowingly send any explicit messages and there was no prior warning given to me before applying such a heavy sanction. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, including the relevant chat logs and activity, so the mistake can be identified. I am asking Umigle to lift the ban on my account and, if you still consider a violation occurred, to replace the permanent block with a warning instead. I would like my access to the text chat feature to be restored so I can continue using the platform normally.
