I Am Over 18 but Umingle Still Suspended My Account

My Umingle website account was banned on May 11 under the claim that I am under 18 years old, even though this is incorrect and I fully meet the platform’s age requirement.

This restriction has unfairly blocked my access to the platform without any valid reason or proper verification process. I am fully able and willing to prove my age using official identification documents if requested, so there should be no doubt that I am eligible to use the service.

My account is associated with the email address rakshitgrove****@gmail.com, and the related Ban ID is 6ec12578.

So far, I have not been able to successfully contact anyone from Umingle support regarding this issue, and my access to the platform remains blocked without any clarification or opportunity to verify my age.

I kindly request that Umingle carefully review my account and age status again, remove the incorrect restriction, and restore full access to my account as soon as possible. I believe this ban was applied based on a misunderstanding or incorrect assumption, and I ask that my account be reactivated after proper review.
