Request To Unban My Umingle Account

I was recently banned from the Umingle website and I would like this decision to be reviewed and my access restored. I did not provide an email address or username when using the site, so I am not sure what data is linked to my session, but the ban occurred approximately 15 minutes before I wrote this complaint. The only thing I remember doing before the ban was sending a message to a random user asking “m or f?”. I was not aware that this could be against your rules, and I had not fully read all of the instructions or guidelines beforehand. There was no detailed explanation provided to me other than the ban itself, so I do not clearly understand which rule I violated. I respectfully request that you reconsider this ban, unban my access, or at least review my case and inform me clearly if asking “m or f?” is against your policy. I am willing to follow the rules more carefully in the future and I would appreciate a second chance to use the platform.
