Request To Unblock My Umingle Account

I am a user of the Umingle website and on 15 June my account, registered with the email address omar***[email protected], was suddenly banned while I was in a private chat. The ban occurred right after I typed only the letter “M” in the conversation, and I did not receive any explanation or warning about what this might mean or which rule I allegedly violated. I do not understand the reason for this ban, as I did not intentionally engage in any inappropriate or prohibited behaviour. I would like my situation to be reviewed and the conversation logs for that moment to be checked, because from my side there was no conscious violation of the platform rules. I kindly request that the ban on my Umingle account be lifted and that I be allowed to use the website again, or at least that I be given a clear explanation of the exact reason for this ban.
