Request To Unban Me
I have recently been banned from the Umingle website. In the chat, another user first used bad and offensive words towards me. I repeated what they said back to them, and right after that my account was banned for “explicit messages.” I can see on the screen that there is a “You are banned” message and an “Instant Unban” option that asks for 79.99 EGP to remove the ban. I find it unfair that I am permanently banned and that I am being asked to pay money just to unban my account, especially since the other user started the insulting conversation. I kindly request that my ban be removed without any payment and that my account be restored. I also ask you to review the chat history to see that I was provoked and that I only replied to the words that were said to me.
