Umingle Account Banned for Explicit Messages and €5.99 Unban Fee

I have been using the Umingle website and a few minutes ago my account was suddenly banned with Ban ID 18450e60. On the screen it says that the reason is “explicit messages” and offers an “Instant Unban” option for €5.99 via Google Pay, PayPal or credit card. I believe this ban and the requirement to pay in order to remove it are unfair and disproportionate. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that this ban be lifted without any payment, and that my access be restored. I also ask you to provide a clear explanation with evidence if you insist on this ban, instead of forcing users to pay for an instant unban.
