Request To Review And Remove My Umingle IP Ban

I am writing regarding an IP ban I received on Umingle web while connecting from Indonesia. On June 27, 2026, at around 9:20 PM (WIB) in Yogyakarta, I was using Umingle when another user tricked me into typing “F18” in the chat. I did not know that this term was against the rules, and I had absolutely no intention of violating any platform policies. Immediately after sending that message, I lost access to Umingle from my network, and since then I have been unable to access the service at all. Because of this, I believe my public IP address (182.13.107.86) has been banned. This situation arose from a misunderstanding and from being misled by another user, rather than any deliberate attempt on my part to break the rules. This is my first attempt to contact Umingle about this issue, and I have not received any prior response or explanation from support. I sincerely apologize for what happened and for any inconvenience caused. I kindly request that you review my case and remove the IP ban if possible, or alternatively convert it into a warning instead of a permanent restriction. I value the platform and will be much more careful in the future to follow all Umingle rules and avoid similar situations.
