Reactivating My Umingle Account For Wrongly Detected As Explicit Message

I am using Umingle from Indonesia and I faced a problem with the messaging feature today. While I was chatting, I received explicit messages from another user. When I tried to describe what that person had written, the system appears to have detected it as if I was the one sending explicit content. Shortly after this, my account was banned by Umingle. I did not send explicit messages myself; I was only describing what the other person had written. As a result, I feel unfairly penalized by the platform’s moderation or automatic detection system. I have not yet been able to reach Umingle support about this issue. I request that my account ban be reviewed in detail, that the chat records be checked to see that the explicit content was initiated by the other user, and that my account be reactivated if it is confirmed that I did not violate the rules. I also expect the platform to improve its detection and moderation so that users are not wrongly banned in similar situations. And hopefully my account can get reactivating again
