FamApp Accidental Money Transfer – Request Transaction Reversal and Refund

I accidentally sent two separate payments of ₹100 each through FamApp, one to “Himaamit Travels Private Limited” on 15 July 2026 and another to “Rajgrahi Techno Solution” on 16 July 2026, instead of the intended recipient. These transfers were made by mistake and the money went to the wrong persons. After realizing the error, I contacted FamApp support and opened a ticket regarding the wrong account transfer. My support request was registered under Ticket ID 7800131, and I also shared the payment details. However, the only information I have received so far is that the case is still “under review”, and no clear solution or refund has been provided yet. I kindly request that the full total amount of ₹200 sent in error be refunded back to my account as soon as possible. I expect this situation to be resolved quickly and the wrong transfers to be reversed, as these payments were not intended for these recipients and I have not received any goods or services in return.
