TikTok Verification Code Sent to Old Email – Request Account Recovery

I am having a serious problem accessing my TikTok account. When I try to log in, TikTok keeps sending a verification code to an old email address that I no longer have access to. I still know the correct password for the account, but I am completely blocked at the verification step because I cannot open that email anymore. I have already tried logging in using my password, but each time the system requires a code sent to that same lost email, so I am unable to complete the login process. I have not been able to use my account for about nine months because of this. I kindly request that you turn off the verification for this old email address on my account and help me access my account again, for example by offering another way to verify my identity and update my contact details. I want to recover my account and be able to log in without codes being sent to an email I can no longer use.
