HotminiDrama, Can't Withdraw Funds, Request Review And Solution

For some time I have been using the Hot mini dramas app on my Android phone and had accumulated a balance of around 300 USD by watching content within the app. Last night I noticed that I was suddenly restricted from withdrawing these awarded funds and I can no longer even see the withdrawal feature in the app. There was no prior warning or explanation before this restriction was applied and the balance I had earned is no longer displayed. I tried to resolve the issue by waiting and checking the application, but I have received no response or information from Hot mini dramas and I am still unable to access or withdraw the money I previously earned. I request that my balance be fully restored in the app and that the withdrawal option be reactivated so that I can withdraw the approximately 300 USD I earned by watching content. I also expect a clear written explanation as to why the withdrawal feature and my visible balance were removed without notice.
