Unjustified Account Ban On Umingle – Requesting Manual Review

I am writing to formally request a manual review and reinstatement of my Umingle account, which was suddenly suspended on June 17 in the Philippines region. The system flagged my account for allegedly sending "explicit messages". I believe this suspension is an automated system error or the result of a false report. I have always used the platform with respect, and I did not intend to violate any community guidelines or send inappropriate content. I received no prior warnings, reports, or detailed explanations regarding which specific messages supposedly triggered the system. Because I have been unable to submit an appeal through regular support channels, I have had no opportunity to clarify the situation. I kindly ask the Umingle moderation team to manually re-check my recent account activity in detail and restore my access so I can continue using the platform responsibly.
