About one hour ago, I started receiving explicit, inappropriate messages from other users on the platform. These messages were unsolicited and made my experience on the site uncomfortable. Although I did not report or block these users and did not contact customer support at that moment, my own account has since been banned, even though I was the one exposed to the explicit content rather than the one sending it. I believe this may be a misunderstanding or an error in your moderation system. I also expect that the accounts sending explicit messages will be properly reviewed so that users who comply with the rules are not penalized unfairly.
