Removal Of Ban From Umingle And Reactivation

I am writing to share a problem I experienced on the Umingle website and to request that my account be reinstated. About one hour ago, I started receiving explicit, inappropriate messages from other users on the platform. These messages were unsolicited and made my experience on the site uncomfortable. Although I did not report or block these users and did not contact customer support at that moment, my own account has since been banned, even though I was the one exposed to the explicit content rather than the one sending it. I believe this may be a misunderstanding or an error in your moderation system. I kindly request that you review my account and the recent activity associated with it, remove the ban applied to me, and reactivate my account as soon as possible. I also expect that the accounts sending explicit messages will be properly reviewed so that users who comply with the rules are not penalized unfairly. I ask that you inform me of the result after your review and reactivate my account promptly.
