Umingle Account Restricted - Under 18 Error Age Verification Issue

I am an Umingle user from Indonesia and my account is incorrectly restricted as “under 18,” even though I am already 18 years old. Because of this restriction, I cannot use my account normally. I request that my account be unlocked, my age information be corrected, and all “under 18” restrictions on my profile be removed. I also kindly ask you to provide clear and simple instructions on how I can verify my age so that this problem does not occur again in the future. I would like this situation to be reviewed as soon as possible and my access to the platform to be restored without any further issues.
