My Umingle Account Blocked After Using Gender Search Feature

I am using the Umingle web platform and my account has been blocked for the past 6 hours. The problem occurred while I was using the gender searching feature, and since then I have not been able to access my account. I do not know the exact reason for the block and I cannot log in to my account to continue using the service. I would like my account to be checked urgently and reactivated immediately, and I request that any restrictions preventing my access be removed.
