My Umingle account on the website was banned yesterday and the only reason given was “gender searching.” I was not given any prior warning or clear explanation about what exactly I did wrong, and I believe this ban is unfair. I request that my account be reviewed in detail and reactivated as soon as possible, or that I am at least provided with a clear explanation of the specific rule I allegedly violated so that I can avoid this in the future.
