Lift The Ban of Umingle Please

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced on the Umingle web platform today. My account associated with the email address reyprecio***[email protected] was banned about 10 minutes ago on the grounds of “gender searching”.  During the conversation in question, the other person first asked me about gender, and I only responded and asked back while we were exchanging information. I did not intend to violate any rules or misuse the platform; I was simply continuing a mutual conversation that the other party initiated. I kindly request that you review the relevant chat and the reason for this ban, and lift the ban on my account. I would appreciate it if my account could be reactivated, as I believe this was a misunderstanding.
