Umingle Web Account Banned For Gender Searching Issue

I have been using the Umingle web version and recently discovered that my account was banned while I was offline. When I tried to access my account, I saw that the reason given was “gender searching”. I did not receive any prior warning or detailed explanation about this decision, and I do not understand exactly which action of mine violated the rules, especially since the ban occurred when I was not even online. This sudden ban has prevented me from using my account for the last 8 hours.
