Umingle Web Account Banned For Gender Searching Issue
I have been using the Umingle web version and recently discovered that my account was banned while I was offline. When I tried to access my account, I saw that the reason given was “gender searching”. I did not receive any prior warning or detailed explanation about this decision, and I do not understand exactly which action of mine violated the rules, especially since the ban occurred when I was not even online. This sudden ban has prevented me from using my account for the last 8 hours. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the exact reason and evidence for this ban be clearly explained to me, and that the ban decision be reconsidered. If this was a misunderstanding or an automatic system error, I expect my account to be reactivated as soon as possible and for clear information to be provided so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
